A Most Wanted Man

A Most Wanted Man was among the novels I picked up at JFK (a movie tie version!!) and it is a typical John Le Carré novel. As in it doesn't give you the tense excitement the way the events unfurl in the story somehow should but nevertheless you just keep on reading because the prose is so good.
