The Unhoneymooners

The Unhoneymooners turned out to be very entertaining, frothy and made good reading. I like that the couple's problems are not miscommunication. Hardly any erotica and I liked it just the way it was.

Nerve  well I loved it. The tidy prose and a sensible character. Despite not being interested in horse racing, this novel made me have a good time.

To All The Boys I've Loved Before

To All The Boys I've Loved Before  well I think I'm too old for this film. The only thing I liked was the main character's bedroom's walls.

W  this one I have watched 13 episodes and simply stopped because despite starting very strong with an original story, it went bonkers after the ninth episode or so. However right after Romance Is a Bonus Book, I was recommended this (they share the same actor and one actress playing secondary characters in both dramas). The last three episodes were not any better. And I turned cold towards HHJ after these. Anyway, at least it is finished now.

Sex And The City 2

Sex and The City 2  well I watched it and forgot about it yet again. And I have a suspicion that Netflix censored this (the scene in  the hookah cafe with Samantha and the Danish guy) for what reason I don't have a clue. Anyway this is not a good film, even for the fans.

Romance Is A Bonus Book

Romance Is A Bonus Book  is one of the progressive dramas in which we get to see women struggling with the patriarchy, in a society where even women can sometimes be unkind to other women. It is rather romantic but I just could not get into the romance of the main couple. And it is for a very unfair reason, the lead actress is married to Won Bin (and I'm not even that much of a fan, although I like the actor). And no matter what she goes through or how intense the romantic moments were, I kept thinking "she is married to Won Bin, she is married to Won Bin) and I just could not get that out of my head. Again very unfair to a talented actress and a very good performance. The male lead is to me a wonder. He is a decent actor, handsome I suppose but a bit too plastic for my taste and I don't feel anything for him at all, but this guy is a master of kissing scenes. His on screen kissing is so lovely and just the style I like. So in the end I loved this, how can I not? I love reading and this is all about books and publishing. But the sentence "she is married to Won Bin" is still rotating in my mind.

Three Act Tragedy

Three Act Tragedy is not the best of the Poirot series. I think it may be my least favorite. Not only Poirot is not in it that much but also killer's plan did not make any sense to me, at all.
