Overboard (2018)  I love the original. However the remake is not as good. Mainly because no sane woman will leave her three daughters (of various ages, eldest 13) with a man who is not of a good character. I could not get past it. 

Arcane

Arcane   this was seriously good. I do not like this sort of setting (sort of steam punkish, industrial) and I liked it very much. 

Little Gods

 Little Gods There is nothing wrong with it. It just did not work for me. The audio version is fine.

The Paying Guests

 The Paying Guests This is an excellent novel (but then again, I'm a fan) It just was not the right time for me to read it (hence the long time it took me to).

Club Shadowlands

 

Club Shadowlands This one is decent enough. It is for the readers who may be curious about BDSM which eases into it nicely. It is wholesome and consent is the word here. The intimate scenes however were not exactly to my taste (not because they were not hot, the prose did not appeal to me, that's all).

I recommend.

The Final Girl Support Group

 The Final Girl Support Group   well I have met the author years ago in Hong Kong and he seemed a very nice guy. I want to go easy but this is just not for me. The reader was very slow and for the first time I have listened to this book at 1.5 speed and it sounded normal.

One Day   I liked it better the first time but it is still good. The book is much much better.
